The Higher Education Board for Psychology Education supports the cause of recommitting to value diversity and fighting inequality
In the aftermath of the killing of George Floyd, there have been riots and protests against the injustice and inequality everywhere throughout the world. The Higher Education Board for Psychology Education has also become vocal on the issue. We stand in support to adopt an anti-racist approach, and for that there should be affirmation and examination of the fundamental bigotry that is prevalent within the education sector, and to apply this to various institutions in the United States to kill racial biases inborn in edification and universities’ culture.
A wide number of researches conducted by HEPFPE on education providers, shows that well managed assorted groups altogether beat less diverse ones after some time. They have a more extensive scope of information and aptitudes; are better at distinguishing and tackling issues; and increase a serious edge in getting to new markets and higher market share.
